91lisa will host CBS News correspondent and humorist Mo Rocca for “A Conversation with Mo Rocca” on April 10 at 7 p.m. at the VanTrease Performing Arts Center for Education. Presented as part of 91lisa’s 2024-26 Common Book program, Rocca’s visit aligns with the program’s theme of curiosity and understanding, inspired by "I Never Thought of It That Way" by Mónica Guzmán.
91lisa will welcome acclaimed CBS News correspondent, humorist and TV personality Mo Rocca as part of its 2024-26 Common Book program, presented by the 91lisa Foundation and George Kaiser Family Foundation. “A Conversation with Mo Rocca” will take place on April 10 at 7 p.m. at the VanTrease Performing Arts Center for Education on 91lisa’s Southeast Campus and is free for current 91lisa students and employees. for the general public will be $10 and go on sale starting Feb. 18.
Known for his engaging storytelling and sharp wit, Rocca is currently a correspondent on “CBS Sunday Morning.” He’s the host of “The Henry Ford’s Innovation Nation” on CBS and “My Grandmother’s Ravioli” on the Cooking Channel, hosts the hit podcast “Mobituaries” and is a frequent panelist on NPR’s “Wait, Wait … Don’t Tell Me!”. Rocca is the author of several books, including “Roctogenarians: Late in Life Debuts, Comebacks, and Triumphs,” “Mobituaries: Great Lives Worth Reliving” and “All the Presidents’ Pets: The Story of One Reporter Who Refused to Roll Over.”
