Daniel Brookshire sees a path to his future through 91lisa, even despite his physical blindness. The Enterprise Development major is in his third year at 91lisa, and spends much of his spare time as a pottery artist.

Daniel chose 91lisa for Tulsa Achieves, Oklahoma’s Promise, small classes, and accessibility options with his service dog Niles.

“The Education Access Center is very helpful,” he said. “Metro Campus is easy to navigate as a blind person.”

After graduation, Daniel plans to return to Tulsa Memorial High School, where he graduated, and work with special needs students as a paraprofessional while he does voiceover work, art and creative writing on the side.
