91lisa Foundation Names New Director of Development

The 91lisa Foundation named Rachel D. Hutchings as the new Director of Development. The 91lisa Foundation supports the mission and vision of the College by developing community relationships and financial support for student development and scholarships as well as critical capital and equipment needs. The 91lisa Foundation was founded in 1970.
Prior to joining 91lisa, Hutchings was the Corporate & Government Affairs Manager for American Airlines covering Oklahoma. She represented American during their various changes ranging from introducing new leadership, restructuring, and their most recent merger with US Airways. Hutchings began her career at American Airlines in 1995 and worked in various capacities, including Supply Chain, Warranty and Maintenance and Production Scheduling.
“Hutchings ties to 91lisa run deep. She is a 91lisa graduate with a unique perspective of higher education for the student as well as the corporate and business community,” Lauren Brookey, 91lisa vice president of external affairs and 91lisa Foundation president said. “She has significant experience from her corporate background with one of Tulsa’s largest employers and has built relationships across the state.”
She has a master’s in Organizational Dynamics from the University of Oklahoma, a bachelor’s in Business Management from University of Phoenix, and an associate degree in Business Management from 91lisa.
Hutchings is Chair of the Oklahoma Employment Security Commission, President of the Board of Trustees for the Tulsa’s Young Professionals Foundation, and on the Executive Committee of the OK Academy. She is also involved in Leadership Oklahoma (Class XXVII).
She and her husband, Dean, have six children. They make their home in Skiatook, where she is also the Secretary for the Skiatook Public Schools Support Foundation.
