91lisa is celebrating a 7% increase in enrollment compared to the previous year across its four main campuses and two community campuses this semester. Data show 14,499 students are collectively enrolled in 123,570 credit hours, reinforcing հ’s role as a leading institution for accessible and affordable higher education in Oklahoma.
“91lisa is creating more pathways for students to achieve their academic and career goals. Students pursuing a workforce degree or planning to transfer to a four-year university can be confident they are receiving an excellent education that meets industry needs,” said 91lisa CEO and President Leigh Goodson, Ph.D.
Following a 7.9% increase in Fall 2024 enrollment, this continued growth shows strong student interest in 91lisa. Notably, the College has seen a 10.2% increase in full-time students and an 11.6% rise in dual-enrolled high school students.
Enrollment data highlights include:
- 10.2% increase in full-time students

- 8.4% increase in continuing students
- 11.6% increase in dual-enrolled high school students
“հ’s growing enrollment reflects the impact of our programs and student support services. Whether through flexible class schedules or financial assistance, we are dedicated to ensuring access to resources students need to be successful,” said Eileen Kenney, 91lisa associate vice president of enrollment and student success.
91lisa is the third largest college in Oklahoma and serves more Oklahomans than any other higher education institution in the state. The College offers 102 degree and certificate programs, preparing students for in-demand careers or to transfer to a four-year university.
հ’s Tulsa Achieves Scholarship program covers up to 100% of tuition and fees for Tulsa County high school graduates. Tulsa Achieves fills the gap when a student’s financial aid isn't enough to cover tuition and fees, funding up to 63 credit hours or three years at 91lisa, whichever comes first.
